Air Disc Brakes For Trucks & Trailers

The emerging standard for long-haul vehicle applications, trailer air disc brakes are the preferred choice by many operators. Our air-operated disc brakes are designed with floating calipers actuated using pneumatically-controlled air chambers. We feature two available categories for custom air disc brakes for trailers and other applications:

Air disc brake thickness varies depending on if they’re new or worn out.

• When New: 38mm and residual thickness
• When Worn Out: 34mm for non-ventilated disc air brakes

Customizable brake carrier and torque (mounting plate) configurations:

• Diameter: 4 to 10 inches
• Brake disc diameter: 430 mm x 45 mm
• Wheel size: 20“ and 22.5“
• Brake chamber flange angle: 0°, 8° and 16°
